The Suffering is Over

Abby had a rough month. We turned off the television (including videos and DVDs) for the whole month of January, and Abby has not enjoyed it! At first she asked EVERY day if she could watch something, then it was just a couple times a week, and finally she gave up asking altogether. But at last the month ended and I told them they could watch something again. Then I was surprised when they didn't actually ask until 4:00 in the afternoon! They picked out a movie they received for Christmas, I popped some popcorn, and they didn't move from their spot on the couch for the whole feature length movie.
