Abigail loves to dress up, so when I saw this frilly hoop-skirted dress on the clearance rack after Halloween, I had to get it for her. I waited for a rainy day, which means I didn't have to wait long, and brought it out to keep her busy. She adores this dress, as well as the gloves, slippers, hat, and wand I also bought!
