We went to the beach again on Friday. It was over 100 degrees at home, but it was a perfect 72 degrees in Long Beach, Washington. Despite this picture, Abby had a blast digging and splasing. Daddy took her way out so she could really get her fill of playing in the water. She was freezing by the time they came back on shore (have I mentioned that Pacific Northwest ocean water is VERY cold?) and ready to go home. Unfortunately, I was too busy working on the sand castle to take very many pictures, and this is the best one of her that I got...crying because she's hungry, tired, cold and wanting to leave.
