Peter Pan Syndrome

Among Abby's ever-growing list of diagnoses, I feel compelled to add Peter Pan Syndrome. Though she has always climbed up on things indiscriminately, she has lately started jumping off when she gets to the top. It was only last week that I discovered why she has been jumping. She told me that she wants to fly like Tinkerbell! We let our kids watch Peter Pan for the first time about a month ago, and she loves Tinkerbell. I keep reminding her that we don't have any Pixie Dust and thus she is unable to fly. Between that and the bruises, scrapes, and bumps, hopefully she will abandon her quest. One can hope and pray anyway (and NEVER let her out of my sight)!
