Abigail was only eight months old the last time we had snow, so she was pretty excited today when the flurries started coming down! We woke up to a light dusting all over the roofs and cars, but most of the day it snowed off and on, though it didn't stick. We hopped in the van and tried to find someplace where they got more snow than we did, but we didn't really have much luck. While we were driving though, it started coming down pretty thick, so I pulled the van over at Trojan Park and let the kids get out to play. They were freezing but had a blast. Abby kept trying to eat the thin layer of snow off the ground, so I packed them back into the van and we talked about how great God is and how wonderful it is that He created snow!
