Our library is celebrating Dr. Seuss month by giving a cookie to everyone who comes in wearing a silly hat this month. I looked through our meager hat collection and found none that were silly. After seeing Cousin Hannah's Cat in the Hat hat that she made in kindergarten, I decided to make our own silly hats too. So today we made hats and headed to the library. The kids had a silly time and got cookies too!

Your hats look GREAT!!!!
BTW - love the purple sweats! LOL. I love seeing Hannah's clothes she's outgrown being used once again!
Yeah, this purple outfit was Abby's favorite of the bunch you sent, and she wanted to put it on first thing! The shirt is a tad big, but I just rolled up the sleeves.
Too cute! What a cool mom! I probably would have just given them a cookie!
Nah, I guess I would have made the hats and gone to the library...frugal fun and all that!
All the stages kids go through are fun (even the teen years, I'm finding) but there's something about the preschool and early elementary years that is especially magical.
You are a great example of enjoying your kids to the fullest!
